About This Project

Our clients purchased an un-renovated maisonette in central Hove. The property had not been improved since the mid 1990’s, however, the apartments potential, generous size and superb location offered great opportunity to produce a lovely modern living space.

Our works included:

• Strip out of various not required elements
• Complete rewire of the electrical system
• Complete re plumb and installation of boiler
• Creation or new shower room in top floor
• Rennovation of master bathroom
• Structural works, including removal and then support of structural walls
• Removal and fitting of new double glazed sash windows throughout
• Fitting of new kitchen units and appliances
• Fitting of engineered floor in living area
• Painting and decorating
